non-Gaussian workshop

Jérémy Berroir at the NonGauss Workshop 2022

Jérémy Berroir, researcher from the Quantum Networks team at Kastler Brossel Lab (LKB) and DAALI’s consortium member, participated in the workshop organized as part of the NonGauss project.

La Sorbonne University Campus (Paris) hosted the workshop from 27th to 28th June 2022. Berroir delivered a talk entitled “Optical switching with cold atoms trapped around a nanofiber.” The workshop featured diverse activities in the field of quantum optics and quantum information technologies, ranging from quantum state engineering to waveguide-QED and superconducting qubits. It included 12 talks by internationally-recognized experts in their respective fields, as well as contributions from students and postdoctoral researchers.
The NonGauss project, funded by H2020, aims to significantly strengthen the tools and methods of non-Gaussian quantum technology.
